1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of senway.co and your purchase or use of Senway products and services.

Throughout these Terms, “Senway,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of senway.co. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, purchaser, or user of our website, products, or services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using a Senway product or service, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase or use our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

If you use the website or purchase a product on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting Senway.

3. Online store

Our online store is hosted using third-party ecommerce and payment services, including Shopify. Those providers supply the infrastructure that allows us to present products, process transactions, and operate the store.

Your use of third-party payment methods or services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.

4. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, and availability.

Colors and visual appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and the display used to view the website.

Measurements and technical specifications may include reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product packaging, interface details, included materials, and software may be improved or updated without notice when the change does not materially reduce the product’s principal functionality.

5. Illustrative and AI-assisted imagery

Some lifestyle scenes, backgrounds, concepts, or promotional images on senway.co may be digitally created, composited, rendered, enhanced, or generated using artificial-intelligence tools.

These images are used to illustrate intended use, context, atmosphere, or product positioning. They may not depict a specific vehicle interior, exact installation, or every item included with a purchase.

Product specifications, included-items lists, compatibility requirements, and clearly identified product-detail images should be used when evaluating the exact product being sold.

AI-assisted or illustrative imagery does not change the specifications, functionality, package contents, compatibility requirements, or warranty terms stated on the applicable product page.

We do not intend illustrative imagery to misrepresent the physical product. If an image appears inconsistent with a written specification, contact support@getsenway.com before purchasing.

6. Compatibility

Senway 1 requires a compatible factory screen and supported vehicle connection.

Compatibility may depend on factors including:

  • Vehicle make, model, year, and trim.

  • The factory-installed infotainment system.

  • Availability of wired CarPlay, wireless CarPlay, or supported wired Android Auto.

  • USB data and power availability.

  • Regional vehicle configuration.

  • Software and firmware versions.

  • Third-party applications, accounts, or services.

You are responsible for reviewing the compatibility information available before purchasing. If compatibility is uncertain, use the Senway compatibility checker or contact support@getsenway.com.

No compatibility tool can account for every regional variation, aftermarket modification, damaged port, software change, or undocumented vehicle configuration.

7. Independent third-party compatibility

Senway is an independent company and product brand.

Senway products are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially approved by Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, or their respective owners or developers.

References to third-party platforms are made solely to describe intended interoperability or compatibility. Third-party names, logos, products, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party applications and services may change their availability, functionality, interfaces, requirements, or pricing without notice. Senway does not control and cannot guarantee the continued operation of an independently operated service.

No third-party subscription, account, media library, or entertainment content is included unless expressly stated.

8. Safety and responsible use

Senway products must be installed and used safely and in accordance with the product documentation and applicable laws.

Do not watch video, browse media, adjust distracting controls, or operate entertainment functions while driving.

Video and other distracting functions are intended for use while the vehicle is safely parked or by a passenger where permitted by law. The driver remains responsible for safe vehicle operation, maintaining attention, and complying with all traffic and distracted-driving laws.

Do not install, connect, disconnect, reset, or troubleshoot the product while the vehicle is moving.

Senway is not responsible for unlawful, unsafe, or distracted use of its products.

9. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Pricing or description errors.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.

  • Order-quantity limitations.

  • Shipping restrictions.

  • Inability to verify information supplied with the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

10. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be displayed or calculated where available before payment.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Changes do not affect an order already accepted, except where correction is legally permitted for an obvious pricing or technical error.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, and geographic limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined.

  • Discount codes have no cash value.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an eligible order is placed.

12. Shipping and delivery

Order processing, shipping estimates, tracking, address corrections, damaged shipments, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, seasonal, and other external delays may occur.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

13. Returns, refunds, and order cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Do not send a product back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may be returned to the sender.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

14. Product software and updates

Senway products may include embedded software, interfaces, firmware, or access to downloadable updates.

Subject to these Terms, Senway grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Senway-provided software solely with the applicable Senway product.

You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits:

  • Copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the software.

  • Circumvent security or access controls.

  • Use the software to violate intellectual-property rights.

  • Introduce malicious code.

  • Reverse engineer or modify the software for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Misrepresent modified software as an official Senway release.

Software updates may add, improve, modify, or remove features where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, performance, or continued operation.

15. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or Senway products:

  • For an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose.

  • To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

  • To distribute malware or interfere with the website or connected systems.

  • To obtain unauthorized access to accounts, networks, devices, or data.

  • To copy or scrape substantial website content for unauthorized commercial use.

  • To distribute content you do not have the legal right to access or use.

  • To defeat technical safeguards or restrictions imposed by third-party services.

Senway products do not grant rights to copyrighted movies, television programs, music, or other content. You are responsible for ensuring that your media and use of third-party platforms are lawful.

16. Intellectual property

The website and its original content—including Senway branding, product names, product designs, graphics, copy, interfaces, photographs, videos, software, and documentation—are owned by or licensed to Senway and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. No other rights are granted without written permission.

Third-party names and trademarks displayed for compatibility or reference remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content to Senway, you confirm that:

  • The submission is truthful and based on your genuine experience where represented as such.

  • You own it or have permission to provide it.

  • It does not violate another person’s rights.

  • It does not contain unlawful, malicious, or misleading material.

You grant Senway a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, format, and use the submission for operating, supporting, and promoting Senway, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove submissions that are unlawful, irrelevant, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. We will not condition compensation or incentives on a specifically positive review.

18. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to applications, websites, services, carriers, payment providers, return platforms, or other resources operated by third parties.

Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. Senway does not control third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not exclude any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Except for any express written Senway warranty and rights required by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, vehicle configuration, or third-party service.

General setup information and support articles are provided for guidance and may not cover every vehicle, modification, regional configuration, or technical condition.

20. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senway will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the website or product, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss caused by an independently operated third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senway’s aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid to Senway for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights.

21. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to website features when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, fraud, security threats, abuse, infringement, or a material violation of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, liability, and dispute-related provisions—will remain effective.
